Our third guest Geraint Leach shares his junior cricket coaching story which spans over 20 years supporting children in Wales. We learn much about his coaching philosophy including “winning is not the most important driver” whereas “building confidence and resilience and making a positive difference in a young person’s life” is right at the centre of what he does.
