In 1966, two Waratahs legends made their debut for the club in A grade v Uralla. GRAHAM JOHNSON (207) defines what the word legend means. 26 seasons. 8,320 runs @ 32.63. 15 centuries. 196 wickets. 111 catches. Club President and probably the best skipper we ever had. TERRY BETTS (205) played 15 seasons and scored the most runs by anyone who never made a hundred (2699runs). 180 dismissals (25 stumpings, not all off the pads!). Both were elected to the best Waratahs team of all time in 2010, Johnno as skipper.

In the same game, BILL THOMPSON (185) made 99 before Kelly Barnden bowled him.
