In 1984, PETER TYNDALL (#423) had his best game for Waratahs, taking 12-67 (7-20 & 5-47) for 2nd grade v TAS. No scoresheet available unfortunately, but we can tell you Pete won both the Beau Richardson Trophy for best performance of the season and the Association 2nd grade Best Performance of the season for his effort. HIs match figures are right up there with the best of all time.

10 Wicket or More in a Match

In 1990, it was all about the bat. DANIEL RYAN (#514) made his second 1st grade century (both made against Easts) when he scored 106 not out. In 3rd grade, MARTIN HADFIELD (#545) scored his lone Waratahs hundred v Uralla and he and ALBERT HOFKAMP (#476) added a grade record 83 for the 8th wicket. In 4th grade, TULLY GILLHAM (#554) also made his only hundred, scoring 114 not out v Centrals and adding a grade record 174 with IAN MUNDAY (#595) who was unluckily out for 92. Note Ross Ridley - an Original - back in a Waratahs cap, more than thirty years after he left!
