In 1964, ALAN GRAY (#26) made 92 for A grade chasing Easts handy 193. He shared an opening partnership of 86 with youngster Geoff Marshall and then added a further 79 with skipper Eric Smith, before being caught by Dick Stewart from John Henderson's spin. At 2-165, he had broken the back of the job. It was one of three 90's Alan made for the club.
