An exciting new veterans cricket coaching program conducted by Geoff Spotswood (Level 3 Coach - Cricket Australia) with off season and pre-season training programs available.
I have developed a quality engaging program for veteran cricketers to provide maximum opportunities for cricketers to participate to the best of their ability by improving their skills, technique, game awareness and physical fitness.

Programs will promote social, physical and mental health in conjunction with improved ability to execute skills of batting, bowling, wicketkeeping and fielding. The improved physical fitness and skill technique will enable players to compete more successfully in the game we all love. Video analysis and bowling machine coaching will be incorporated into sessions.
The cricket off season is a great time to work on technique, correct errors and build on strengths without the pressure of regular competition. During the season, players are focused on playing in a team and trying to perform to the best of their ability in a competitive environment. The offseason enables players to adapt and refine techniques which build for the next season.
